1. Platform IP

All software, brand assets, documentation and generated content produced by ImpactMiles are owned by ImpactMiles Limited unless otherwise stated. Open-source components are used under their respective licences.

2. User-Generated Content

Users retain ownership of the content they submit and grant ImpactMiles a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process and display it for the purpose of operating the platform, computing IMI and issuing verifiable credentials.

3. TrustMark and ACDC Licensing

  • TrustMark badges and verification API responses are made freely available for third-party verification and citation, with attribution to ImpactMiles.
  • Bulk export of TrustMark data for competitive re-use is not permitted without written agreement.
  • The TrustMark verification specification is published as an open document.

4. Openness Commitments

ImpactMiles publishes its governance framework, IMI methodology and public sub-processor register. Selected client libraries and reference verifiers may be released under an OSI-approved licence as the platform matures.
