1. Core Principles

  • Transparency - disclose conflicts of interest and material relationships.
  • Stewardship - protect participant safety and donor trust.

2. Reporting

Concerns can be raised confidentially to the Ethics Committee. Retaliation against good-faith reporters is itself a breach of this Code.
